Himalayan Rock Salt

The crystals of this particular salt of Siddha Forest have shades of colors ranging from pinkish white to dark orange, passing through the different shades of pink, due to the high content of iron oxide. It is said that this salt does not undergo any refining process, but that it is collected and worked entirely by hand (washed with pure water and stone ground), without the aid of machinery and chemical agents, a method that would guarantee its natural richness of minerals and trace elements. Like common salt, it can be used to flavor any dish.
